\\ IS M4M A RACE?

No. Miles 4 Marce is not a race. You are welcome to "ride it like you stole it" though, if it can be done safely. Riders will not be timed individually, but are encouraged to set their own distance and speed goals. There will be official starts to the Kids and Open rRdes, but you are welcome to start and stop on your own schedule within the stated riding times.

\\ WHO IS AMCC Cycling?

AMCC stands for A&M Church of Christ. We are a cycling group founded in 2010, trying to put our pedaling to good use. Several of us have been to Ciudad de Angeles and have come to know and love Marcelina. We believe this energetic, beautiful, intelligent 9 yr old's opportunity to hear is a cause worth riding for, and are excited to offer you the opportunity to be a part of her success story. We'd love to meet you, thank you, and give you a hug from Marce while you're here!

Your support of this event is huge, and greatly appreciated by the team, Marce, her house parents, and those who love Ciudad de Angeles.

\\ WILL THERE BE A REST STOP?

Riders will have access to a literal "pit" stop every lap. Sport drink, water, ice, and snacks will be available. Aggieland Cycling will be providing pit services for bike flats, adjustments, and minor repair if needed.

\\ DO I HAVE TO WEAR A HELMET?

Yes. All riders are required to wear ANSI approved, appropriately fitting helmets at all times while on the bike. This includes the track, paddock, and infield alike.

\\ WHAT'S THE PARKING SITUATION?

TEXAS WORLD SPEEDWAY has graciously allowed free parking for this event and opened the infield for our use. A facility waiver will need to be completed as you enter the main gate. You will then follow the road through the tunnel, under the track, and be directed to the parking area. Please park in designated areas only. Riders and spectators will park in the same area.

\\ WHAT ABOUT EATS AND FACILITIES?

Riders have access to the pit area for hydration and snacks. There will be concessions available for purchase. Restrooms and showers are conveniently located for rider and spectator use.

Multiple restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and pharmacies are <within 5 miles of the venue on Hwy 6.

\\ WILL THERE BE ON-SITE REGISTRATION?

If you are unable to pre-register, on-site registration will be available and donations may only be made by CASH AND CHECK at that time.

\\ CAN I RAISE EXTRA MONEY FOR MARCE?

I like the way you think! The ride donation is a base amount, but we'd love for you to ask relatives and friends to support your ride financially, decide on a fund raising goal, or just enjoy being generous. If you, or someone you know would like to make an additional contribution, you may do so HERE.

\\ DO I HAVE TO RIDE A ROAD BIKE?

Absolutely not. You are welcome to sport a mountain bike, tandem, tri-bike, recumbent, commuter, cross bike, fixey, BMX, banana seat classic, or Super Hero Bike. Your bike must be in safe working order. No motorized bicycles allowed.

\\ ARE THERE OTHER EVENTS LIKE THIS?

To ride a Super Speedway is likely a once in a lifetime opportunity. However, if you are looking for ways to invest your sweat in a world-changing effort, may we suggest you consider a Mercy Project event. Its' founder and primo event organizer, Chris Field, offers multiple opportunities throughout the year to athletically contribute to restoring hope and changing lives.

\\ ARE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED?

NO alcohol will be sold or allowed at the Speedway. Please do not bring alcoholic beverages of any kind to the event.

\\ ENTRY & SECURITY Q's

Access to the Speedway is gated, and a facility waiver must be signed upon entry to the track. See registration form for opening times. Use common sense generously. You are responsible for securing your valuables. There is no bike lock up area.

\\ DO YOU HAVE A WEATHER POLICY

This is Texas, and we never turn down a good rain. However, ride organizers and track officials reserve the right to cancel the event at any time if unsafe weather conditions develop. The event will not be rescheduled and registration fees/donations are nonrefundable for weather cancellation.
